During this time, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund, provided that the services have not yet been performed.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Refunds will typically be processed within 7 business days of approval, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Non-Refundable Items: Setup fees, consultation fees, and any fees incurred for services already rendered are non-refundable.
